TidePointe, a Vi Community, is seeking a highly accomplished professional to direct all aspects of dining services in all food and beverage operations, including Vi's care venues. The selected candidate will be part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Supervise and manage a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and motivating employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, reporting, training, and staff management skills.
- Current state health and sanitation certification.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus.
- Possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), as required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business).
- Wine specialist and mixologist certification designations are a plus.
