Job Overview

Spectrum is seeking a Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.


Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of communications technologies, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Prospect for new customers and develop relationships with existing ones to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $47,800 to $94,900, and a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
