Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying qualified customers that would benefit from our services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the staffing industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience selling to public health, mental health, nursing, and allied health in the public sector. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.

Salary: $75,000 base salary per year, plus bonuses and commissions based on hitting key metrics tied to lead generation and new account acquisition. OTE- $125K+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new potential clients through research, referrals, or networking.
  • Initiating client contact via phone calls, emails, social media, video or in-person visits.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Presenting the features and benefits of services to potential customers through effective sales presentations.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging existing networks and forging new connections to drive business growth.
  • Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing revenue potential.
