Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at Harrington's by the Bay, a leading restaurant under HM Management LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Menu Presentation: Present menus and provide detailed information about our dishes and beverages, highlighting our signature offerings.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Anticipatory Service: Anticipate the needs of our guests and offer personalized recommendations, enhancing their overall dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service, maintaining a high level of communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table setups and dining sections, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
