Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director to lead our technical operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee and manage the installation and service operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of installation and service personnel, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their continued growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met, and that all projects are designed and delivered to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and that all financial targets are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical and business skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
