Job Title: Accountant Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting principles, with the ability to manage complex financial transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile accounts, including monitoring cash flow, bank accounts, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies in billing and payments.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Assist in year-end audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP and AR management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
