Wealth Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Deepen Relationships: Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and high net worth clients to gain incremental wallet share.
- Anticipate Client Needs: Anticipate the complex financial needs of clients and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
- Provide Holistic Financial Solutions: Work with product specialists to recognize and understand client banking, credit, and investment needs and goals.
- Regular Value-Added Engagement: Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through high-touch, face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
- Master Referral Opportunities: Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio and expand high-value customer relationships.
- Proactively Source and Acquire Clients: Proactively source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships by maximizing sale and service opportunities.
- Manage Client Follow-Up: Manage client follow-up and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
- Partner with Branch Team: Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure all clients have a positive in-branch experience.
- 5-8 Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong Analytical and Financial Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using financial planning software.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Insurance Group 1 Required: Current registration for FINRA series 6, 63, and 65, and insurance group 1 required.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
