Senior Relationship Manager

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing new commercial deposit and loan accounts, as well as enhancing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive financial solutions and relationship-building.
- Manage and service commercial relationships, including interviewing applicants, obtaining financial data, and analyzing creditworthiness.
- Approve loans within assigned lending authority and recommend credits outside of authority to the next level or Loan Committee.
- Monitor existing loans for conformity to terms and conditions and actively participate in larger, more complex credits.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial products, including loans, treasury management, trade service products, and deposits, to facilitate cross-selling and enhance the client experience.
- Minimum of seven years of commercial lending experience, with a proven track record of business development and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Superb people skills to develop and retain client relationships, with a proven ability to cross-sell other banking products.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, with a focus on financial banking.
- A competitive salary range of $149,503 - $224,255, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.
