Job Summary

Phoenix Children's is seeking a highly skilled Prospect Research Coordinator III to join our Prospect Research and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting prospect research, data management, and administrative department coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct prospect research to identify potential donors and develop strategies for cultivation and solicitation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor data, including contact information, giving history, and research notes.
  • Assist in the development of fundraising plans, proposals, and reports to engage and increase interest in philanthropy and sponsorship from individuals and businesses.
  • Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to develop and implement effective donor engagement and stewardship strategies.
  • Provide direction and oversight for projects to support staff and ensure timely and meaningful donor recognition.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.

  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with Raisers Edge is preferred, but not required.
