Your Role:
The Facilities Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the Facilities department by overseeing service levels, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating events and meetings while ensuring compliance with corporate standards at our corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs, ensuring timely resolution in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events, including setup, for all business units at the corporate facility.
  • Serve as a backup and additional resource for the Facilities Assistant position as required by workload.
  • Perform ergonomic assessments and manage furniture setup.
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding for corporate locations, including badge setup.
  • Maintain AV equipment in designated meeting rooms.
  • Travel between corporate sites as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and intermediate skills in Excel.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • The ability to work effectively with a diverse population and interact with internal and external customers.
  • A willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts, office services, and general maintenance, along with experience using hand tools.
  • Two years of experience in customer service support within a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Experience with modular office furniture, office equipment, and invoice processing is advantageous.
