Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings and equipment.
  • Assist with various facility repairs, including changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, and other general upkeep.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and service personnel as required.
  • Travel between different locations as necessary (valid driver's license required).
