Job Overview

Position Summary

The Facility Maintenance Specialist is tasked with ensuring the operational integrity of equipment and maintaining the aesthetic quality of the property.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

Required Qualifications

Experience, Education, and Certifications

  • Proficient in general woodworking and repair techniques
  • Ability to comprehend fire panel operations and respond appropriately in emergencies

Skills

  • Basic plumbing and repair skills
  • Competence in troubleshooting kitchen and restaurant equipment
  • Fundamental electrical repair knowledge, including breaker resets
  • Capability to learn and manage the energy management system

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate the corporate environment and cafes (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended durations
  • Capacity to sit for prolonged periods
  • Proficiency in repetitive arm, hand, and wrist movements
