Flippers Pizzeria is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance and repair operations across our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of reliability and attention to detail. Technical expertise in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and HVAC is essential. The primary objective is to maintain our establishments in excellent condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance activities including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system upkeep.
  • Perform inspections to detect and resolve structural or equipment-related issues.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair or installation tasks.
  • Engage in painting and refurbishment projects to enhance the visual appeal of our restaurants.
  • Fabricate necessary components for repairs or unique projects.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to efficiently troubleshoot and fix equipment failures.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably within the restaurant sector.
  • Self-driven with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • HVAC Certification is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing equipment.
