Insurance Customer Service Representative

This is a customer-facing role within a successful State Farm Agency, where you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, acquiring new business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing of existing customers and households
  • Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies
  • Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals
  • Setting and conducting Insurance and Financial Reviews (IFRs)
  • Meeting sales goals and assisting the agent with research and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
  • Property and casualty license strongly preferred
  • Minimum one-year insurance or financial services sales experience
  • A genuine care and concern for people and their insurance needs
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize a tech-savvy approach to sales and service
  • Ability to work within a team concept in a fast-paced office environment
