Job Overview
NRGUSA is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Business Sales Manager to lead the sales division and oversee daily operations of the relocation services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to expand the company's customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives to drive sales growth
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements
- Proven background in outside sales and account management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with relocation services is preferred
