Job Overview

NRGUSA is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Business Sales Manager to lead the sales division and oversee daily operations of the relocation services company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients to expand the company's customer base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives to drive sales growth
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements

  • Proven background in outside sales and account management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with relocation services is preferred
