Job DescriptionThis role involves leading sales and operations for a relocation company. Key responsibilities include:
Business Development:- Identify and research new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base through targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify areas for expansion.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely communication with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and forecast revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented approach, focusing on achieving sales targets and objectives.
