Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Aarons, you'll play a vital role in the customer service experience in our stores. This includes generating leads and closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining showroom floors.

Responsibilities:
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and delivering merchandise
Requirements:
  • A strong interpersonal and leadership skillset
  • Ability to market effectively and make a positive impact on customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT certification requirements
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for incentive pay based on performance. As a Sales Manager, you'll also have access to training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
