Job Summary

Hotel Equities, a leading hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Wingate by Wyndham in Bismarck, ND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including registering guests, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role, preferably with a major hotel chain.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
