Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager - Skills Coach/Technician to join our team at Bowen Center. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals and families to lead more fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of our patients.
  • Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in various community, home, and school settings to promote psycho-social skills development.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
  • Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of our patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Act as a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the individuals and families you serve.
  • Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.
