  • Relationships and Management

    • Provide leadership to build, manage, and coach a communications team.
  • Communications Planning and Tactics

    • Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques for digital communications and marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or marketing.
  • Five years of experience in a related field, with experience working with senior leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage a team.
  • Ability to make decisions and initiate change, with a strategic thinking approach.
  • Detail-oriented planner, with the ability to balance multiple demands and find clarity.
  • Flexibility, with an open approach to new opportunities.
  • Humble and coachable, with a passion for the local church and God's work in and through it.
