About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to lead our team of compensation and employee benefits professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering our Total Rewards program, ensuring that our compensation and benefits policies are market competitive and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team responsible for the collective administration of our Total Rewards program.
  • Monitor the consistency and effectiveness of our compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Regularly evaluate our compensation program, review salary structures for parity in the marketplace, and recommend changes to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the day-to-day multi-state administration of our wage and salary administration program.
  • Manage the intake and assignment of job analyses, the drafting/editing of job descriptions, job evaluations, FLSA status review, and review of external market comparisons.
  • Perform regular audits of teammate compensation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage salary survey participation, respond to select survey data requests, analyze and communicate survey results to senior leadership, and utilize results to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Oversee the annual incentive process and process bonuses accurately and timely.
  • Monitor trends affecting pay and benefits and assess impact.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits program, including new enrollments, COBRA processing, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability claims, accident, and death claims, 401(k), and legally mandated benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to brokers and benefits vendors and providers.
  • Identify and recommend benefits plan design changes, cost savings opportunities, and other efficiencies.
  • Develop cost control procedures to ensure maximum coverage at least possible cost to the organization and teammates.
  • Support and guide the team to respond to employee inquiries, leaves of absence, accommodations, carrier representatives or general support requests, and benefits issues.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience administering compensation programs, including wage and salary administration and incentive compensation plans.
  • Five years of experience administering employee benefits plans, including health and welfare, 401(k) retirement plans, disability plans, and leave management.
  • Four years of formal leadership or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP.
