About the Role

Rewards Network is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision makers to discuss products/services, and move the sales process forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives, including cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to have confident discussions related to fees, acceptance, and finances.
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
