About the Role

The MSP Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new logos and growing our existing clientele base by providing exceptional IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track sales leads through prospecting and leveraging your network
  • Identify prospect requirements and call prospects to find new customers and projects
  • Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals
  • Present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed services

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales position, specifically in the tech space
  • Ability to find potential client pain points and offer solutions based on feedback
  • Ability to identify potential client targets and book exploratory meetings
