In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the service area, responsible for managing their experience regarding vehicle status, repairs, diagnostics, and concerns. You will need to familiarize yourself with our service offerings, inventory requirements, technician scheduling, and customer relations. From welcoming vehicle owners to clarifying the repair process, our Customer Service Consultants are dedicated professionals who take pride in assisting others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service orders and the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience by executing additional tasks that contribute to a positive dealership impression.
  • Offer concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure proper handling.
  • Guarantee that the daily inventory of technician time is effectively allocated to service customers.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores in line with company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision for the service department.
  • Set schedules and assign tasks to service department personnel.
  • Enforce company policies and adhere to established standards.
  • Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with management on service department hiring and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of the service drive and dealership operations.
  • Organized and approachable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Consistent track record of service and sales achievements.
  • Strong history of positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
