POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ECCP Operations Manager, collaborating with the ECCP Leadership Team and in close partnership with the ECCP Director, is responsible for steering the comprehensive operations of the ECCP Program. This role emphasizes enhancing the operational efficiency of the ECCP Program, which includes overseeing the ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors and the ECCP Program Coordinators. The ECCP Operations Manager will also work in tandem with the Training Specialist to identify professional development opportunities and with the Data Specialist to implement enhancements derived from ongoing quality improvement efforts.

This position allows for up to 75% remote work, with the remaining time spent in the corporate office, offering flexibility to adjust in-office presence based on the organization's needs.

The individual in this role will represent Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. and its services in a professional and positive manner, adhering to the organization's best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures, thereby promoting Advanced Behavioral Health as a leader in the behavioral healthcare sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of contract obligations related to the performance of ECCP consultants;
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of the ECCP Program Model;
  • Regularly update program documentation to align with current policies and practices;
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the operations of the ECCP Program, collaborating with the ECCP Leadership Team to identify trends and solutions;
  • Supervise ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors and ECCP Program Coordinators in accordance with the ECCP Program Model;
  • Assist ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors in addressing issues with subcontracted agency partners, escalating concerns to the ECCP Director as necessary;
  • Monitor ongoing workforce requirements and training needs for ECCP staff, collaborating with the ECCP Training Specialist to inform professional development focus areas;
  • Work closely with the ECCP Data Specialist to integrate insights from continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance program operations;
  • Promptly escalate any concerns regarding contract-level performance or potential issues affecting service quality to the ECCP Director;
  • Exhibit confidence in working within an evidence-based model and effectively communicate the importance of data in guiding consultation efforts;
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Program Director, including co-facilitating ECCP staff meetings, representing Advanced Behavioral Health in the Early Childhood Community, and participating in relevant activities related to the ECCP Contract;
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client protected health information and comply with all HIPAA policies and procedures;
  • Execute other responsibilities as required to support business operations;
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field;
  • Clinical License is mandatory;
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience working with children in behavioral health and early education, preferably in early childhood mental health consultation;
  • Proven knowledge of principles and practices in delivering individual child and classroom-focused early childhood mental health services;
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in effective service delivery;
  • Experience with evidence-based service delivery models is preferred;
  • Experience in community engagement and fostering effective interdisciplinary partnerships.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent organizational capabilities;
  • Effective communication skills, with demonstrated leadership and planning abilities;
  • Competencies in Administrative, Reflective, and Clinical Supervision, Management, Early Childhood Development, and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health;
  • Proficient writing, training, and public speaking skills;
  • Strong PC skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and familiarity with information systems;
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
