Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday from 8 PM until completion of nightly picking tasks, with additional days as required based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Warehouse Team by setting a positive example and cultivating a cohesive work environment.
  • Ensure all warehouse personnel effectively utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) during their daily operations.
  • Oversee the receiving and storage processes for all incoming products.
  • Establish and monitor daily replenishment tasks.
  • Accountable for reporting and investigating any damage to equipment, products, or facilities within the warehouse.
  • Manage all warehouse employees and their respective duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of the nightly picking process.
  • Prepare various reports and documentation as required, including but not limited to invoice processing, safety protocols, and production metrics.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent hand movements involving warehouse machinery, telecommunication devices, and computers; operation of a two-way radio.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds for various assigned tasks.
  • Occasional reaching, both immediate and overhead, to perform assigned duties.
  • Regular walking and standing for brief periods to fulfill various responsibilities.
  • Frequent sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Regular squatting or bending to complete various office tasks.
