POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pre Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the patient experience by managing pre-authorization processes and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate pre-service activities for patients requiring radiology services.
2. Communicate effectively with patients to gather necessary information for insurance verification.
3. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to assist patients effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance environments is preferred.
