Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Newborn Care Coordinator to join our team at AMN Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of newborns and their families in the postpartum unit. This is a per diem opportunity that offers flexibility and choice in your schedule and location.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent results. Your expertise will help parents prepare for discharge and provide guidance on postpartum care. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the care of newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and guidance on postpartum care
