The Facility Operations Manager is accountable for....

Customer Engagement:

  • Building and nurturing customer relationships
  • Engaging directly with customers in person
  • Aiming to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conducting property walks for lock inspections and showcasing units to clients
  • Collaborating both independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage units
  • Managing invoice review and approval processes
  • Processing invoices and overseeing financial reports
  • Monitoring the store's budget for expenses

Property Upkeep:

  • Physical demands include regular walks around the property
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy storage environment

Qualifications

  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations

Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. While performing job duties, you will frequently be required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance. Compensation is based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities available.
