Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Secord Insurance. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $45,000, plus commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with various questions and issues.
  • Provide clear communication and document all customer interactions, detailing inquiries and actions taken.
  • Perform complex clerical duties, including policy changes, payments, cancelations, and data entry.
  • Handle customer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Possess strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with high detail accuracy and manage multiple assignments.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Office applications.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Quick and accurate typing and 10-key skills.
  • Required to pass the licensing exam within 60 days of hire.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential, with three issues in the first 60 days leading to dismissal.
