Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service, and educating them about insurance options.


Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation and Benefits
