Job Description: Insurance Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process new policies, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide informed guidance to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
