About the Role

Frida is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Director of Fulfillment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 3PL provider, ensuring seamless fulfillment of our products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
  • Supervise and coordinate with the 3PL provider to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Order Management, to ensure business priorities are met
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in domestic fulfillment, preferably in a consumer goods company servicing a mass market retailer
  • 3-5+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with international fulfillment and 3PL management
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
