Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to other executives and direct reports.
  • Oversee safety programs to enhance workplace efficiency and improve safety for employees.
  • Oversee company marketing, client services, and project transitions.
  • Collaborate with the President to provide continuous improvement and execute on the company's mission.
  • Drive growth through exceeding customer expectations and delivering finished projects on time and on budget.
  • Oversee company strategy and assess risk through thorough business acumen and analytical data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering or related field. Graduate level education preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a design build company.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in team building.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical, operational, and specialized challenges.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
