Position Overview: Executive Administrative Assistant - HRM-PM11 Demo

Role Purpose: Facilitates the operations of the organization by acting as a liaison for executives; managing schedules; and preparing essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the point of contact for executives by managing and filtering incoming communications; documenting and relaying messages; welcoming and announcing scheduled guests; and assessing unscheduled visitors.
  • Coordinates appointments for executives by overseeing the master calendar; adjusting schedules as necessary to resolve conflicts.
  • Provides administrative support by entering data; reviewing documents for accuracy; collecting information; generating reports; maintaining records; and procuring and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Enhances the organization's reputation for customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and staff in addressing their concerns.
  • Contributes to a secure and safe environment for clients, visitors, staff, and colleagues by adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information by following the organization's privacy policies.
  • Promotes collaboration across departments by fostering effective working relationships.
  • Supports the organization's mission by achieving related objectives as required.
