Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in outpatient care. This role involves delivering physical therapy services within a collaborative team setting, under the guidance and oversight of a licensed physical therapist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute designated aspects of patient treatment, gather relevant data concerning the therapy administered, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote patient progress or ensure safety and comfort.
  • Evaluate patient performance in accordance with professional training and qualifications.
  • Document treatment procedures and applicable charges in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Design, prepare, and implement tailored treatment programs aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or restoring physical function, alleviating pain, and preventing physical dysfunction.
  • Set and document treatment goals, expected progress, and re-evaluation plans as per organizational guidelines.
  • Assess the effectiveness of treatment at various intervals and modify approaches to maximize patient benefits.
  • Deliver a meaningful rehabilitation experience through exceptional clinical skills and customer service.
  • Engage in patient care discussions with fellow team members.
