Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our insurance and travel products to members, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process transactions, including membership sales, insurance policy sales, and travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or insurance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
