Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell products to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining store displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
