The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and be able to maximize occupancy and minimize property operating expenses while maintaining a quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain expenses within budget guidelines.
  • Manage approved vendor list and ensure timely processing of accounts payable.
  • Maintain office operations and property appearance; fill in as needed in leasing roles.
  • Initiate policies, maintain staff and resident communication, conduct property inspections.

Requirements:

  • High School degree, preferred
  • Preferred experience in property management or related field.
  • CAM/ARM designation preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, YARDI, and related software preferred.
  • Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, and OSHA & EPA requirements.
