The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the exceptional customer care and stellar service for the community, residents, and staff by managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the property, including administrative, facilities, and marketing.

We value our office staff and are committed to providing a positive work environment. We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team at a community in Victorville, CA. This is a full-time, hourly position with full benefits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community, with a strong background in customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including administrative, facilities, and marketing.
  • Oversee the exceptional customer care and stellar service for the community, residents, and staff.
  • Ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness of the property.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budgets and financials, including creating and maintaining financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Strong background in customer service and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
