Position Overview:
This role is essential in managing service requests from homeowners, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting on-site assessments for homeowners as required.
  • Identifying the need for corrective actions and coordinating necessary work orders.
  • Leading thorough analyses to determine root causes of issues.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Care Coordinator to schedule and execute service tasks.
  • Overseeing trades to ensure service requests are completed to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Conducting quality inspections of homes prior to client handover.
  • Managing trade accountability for any necessary back charges.
  • Authorizing payments for completed work within established limits.
  • Adhering to legal protocols and managing workflow efficiently.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics related to service provided.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and move, with the capacity to exert a minimal force of up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Climbing ladders and scaffolding is necessary to access various areas of the building, and the role involves working in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A valid Driver's License is essential as driving is a key function of this role.

Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years in customer service and warranty roles is required, along with:

  • A strong customer focus and adaptability to various personality types.
  • A commitment to high-quality service and follow-up.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
  • Ability to manage warranty and customer service processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Cost management understanding.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $65,800 - $82,200 annually, with eligibility for quarterly incentives.
