Key Duties:

  • Act as the primary case manager for the FSET initiative, guiding individuals in evaluating their needs and achieving self-sufficiency objectives.
  • Offer tailored employment counseling, job search support, and placement services.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with participants, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to align participants with appropriate employment opportunities.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and presentations focused on job readiness and retention strategies.
  • Ensure precise and timely data entry into our systems for effective program tracking and reporting.
  • Provide referrals and assistance to connect participants with educational and supportive resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality assurance standards in all facets of case management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with two or more years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Foodshare Employment & Training and related programs is preferred.
  • Strong capability to deliver strength-based case management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
