Territory Development Specialist

As a key member of the Atlanta Retailers Association LLC team, the Territory Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and retain new member stores. This involves leveraging expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to build strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Main Objectives
- To develop and implement a comprehensive territory development plan that drives business growth and expansion.
- To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the convenience retail sector and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $50,000
- Monthly Car Allowance: $600
