Job Title: Termite Control Specialist

Compensation$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Job DescriptionThis role involves installing bait stations, monitoring termite activity, and providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions and be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Install and maintain bait stations
  • Monitor termite activity and report findings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with office staff, co-workers, and customers
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • Possess a current driver's license
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
  • Previous experience in the pest control industry is preferred but not required
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
