Job Overview:
CDM Smith is in search of a proficient SharePoint developer to bolster our team in supporting significant federal contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess mid-level expertise in SharePoint design, development, and administration, demonstrating readiness to embrace greater responsibilities with minimal oversight.

This position entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, design, develop, and sustain SharePoint sites, while also offering technical assistance to end-users.

A keen eye for detail, a commitment to process ownership, and a passion for integrating new technologies are highly esteemed. Projects are conducted across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Design: Enhance and optimize existing SharePoint systems to fulfill organizational requirements, including knowledge of Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC) functionalities.
  • Power Automate Development: Create and maintain Power Automate flows to improve business processes.
  • Power Apps Development: Design and maintain tailored applications for business operations.
  • Technical Management: Provide expert technical support and oversee existing SharePoint sites.
  • Site Design and Maintenance: Assist in the creation and upkeep of new SharePoint sites, managing site content as directed.
  • Content Management: Upload files, establish metadata search criteria, manage user permissions, and maintain calendars and announcements.
  • Data Management: Understand data management best practices, including data structure and integrity.
  • Documentation Scanning: Scan relevant documents for SharePoint upload.
  • Migration Tasks: Facilitate the migration of SharePoint content across versions.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and troubleshoot issues for end-users.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project implementations.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with SharePoint and industry best practices.
  • Update Management: Oversee SharePoint updates as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be necessary, depending on specific duties and project demands.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016/2013.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.

Power BI Development:
Develop Power BI dashboards and queries for complex data modeling and report design.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.
  • Ability to design efficient and scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications are advantageous.

Pay Range:

Minimum: $95,243 | Maximum: $152,381

This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for this position based on geographic location.
