Key Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Design: Enhance and optimize existing SharePoint systems to align with organizational requirements, including knowledge of Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC) functionalities.
  • Power Automate Development: Create and sustain Power Automate workflows to improve business processes.
  • Power Apps Creation: Develop and manage tailored applications for business needs.
  • Technical Support: Offer expert technical assistance and oversee current SharePoint sites.
  • Site Management: Aid in the design and upkeep of new SharePoint sites while managing site content as instructed.
  • Content Oversight: Upload documents, assign metadata search parameters, manage user permissions, and maintain data organization.
  • Data Governance: Understand data management best practices, ensuring data structure and integrity.
  • Documentation Handling: Scan relevant documents for SharePoint uploads.
  • Content Migration: Facilitate the transfer of SharePoint content across different versions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective deployments.
  • Industry Standards: Stay updated with SharePoint and industry best practices.
  • Update Management: Oversee SharePoint updates as directed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016/2013.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.
  • Ability to design efficient and scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and capability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications are advantageous.
