The SharePoint Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft .Net Technologies, including C#.

This position involves managing the SharePoint infrastructure and developing system designs and solution implementations that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions that support business-technology initiatives.
  • Provide technical and analytical expertise, defining business and technical requirements and solution designs for various projects.
  • Develop SharePoint system solutions, including backend and frontend programming to enhance SharePoint capabilities.
  • Lead technical design and development efforts, troubleshooting functional designs and system architecture.
  • Create and present innovative prototypes for evaluation and feedback.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of all SharePoint system environments.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design using model-driven and event-driven design practices.
  • Draft functional and technical requirements and design documents based on business needs.
  • Guide SharePoint solution development and implementation, focusing on technical design and prototyping.
  • Develop portals and workflows, creating coding constructs and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment.
  • Establish strategies, methodologies, and standards for delivering SharePoint solutions.
  • Ensure technical governance and security across SharePoint environments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 6 years of experience in SharePoint 2016 architecture, design, development, and implementation.
  • Proven experience in implementing best practices for SharePoint information architectures, workflows, and mobile applications.
  • Experience integrating with backend operational and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with component-based applications, including web services and data access development.
  • Microsoft SharePoint Certification (MCSE/MCSD) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .Net Framework, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, and Angular 13.
  • Experienced with Microsoft SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Portals, and Web Part Development.
  • Knowledgeable in web/portal structure, content management, usability, and user experience design.
  • Skilled in using source management control tools for development, staging, testing, and production environments.
  • Able to manage projects and perform technical design and programming tasks.
  • Capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.
  • Experienced with IT architectures, applications, databases, and technical aspects.
  • At least 2 years of proven technical experience with SharePoint Online, including:
    • PowerShell using SharePoint and PnP Modules
    • SharePoint Framework with Angular
    • PowerApps
    • Power Automate
  • Design and development experience with SharePoint themes, templates, master pages, page layouts, and CSS.
  • Expertise in Angular and other Client-Side Frameworks.
  • Experience with SharePoint application services framework, including Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
