  • Site Management: Aid in the design and upkeep of new SharePoint sites, managing content as directed.
  • Content Management: Upload documents, establish metadata search parameters, manage user permissions, and maintain site space utilization.
  • Data Management: Understand data management best practices, focusing on data structure and integrity.
  • Documentation Scanning: Scan relevant documents for SharePoint upload.
  • Migration: Facilitate the migration of SharePoint content across versions.
  • Technical Support: Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to end-users.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project implementations.
  • Industry Standards: Stay updated with SharePoint and industry best practices.
  • Update Management: Oversee SharePoint updates as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016/2013.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.

Additional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.
  • Ability to design scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork capability.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications are advantageous.
