Client Service Associate

Oxford Financial Group, Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Contact and Relationship Management
- Assist with the preparation and review of client-focused presentation materials
- Troubleshoot client issues and direct efforts to conclusion
- Coordinate the obtaining of all required information needed by support teams to complete projects and review all internal delegations and projects for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and ease of presentation
- Contact outside advisors, custodians, etc. for assistance
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare and update Financial Statements for clients in addition to related analysis
- Follow policies and procedures for Financial Statements
- Review information received and appropriately incorporate it into the Financial Statement
- Prepare analysis accurately, concisely, and with attention to detail
- Account Administration
- Prepare paperwork for account opening, money movement, or other account administration-related items
- Identify and prepare all required account documentation based on review of client needs and registration
- Coordinate loan or margin obtainment/renewal documents
- Investment Policy Statement (IPS) Process
- Initiate the IPS process
- Follow policies and procedures for Investment Policy Statements
- Identify relevant information needed for IPS generation
- Prepare a request for IPS review and approval
- Administrative Tasks
- Handle certain required administrative tasks
- Attend various required internal meetings and participate in various internal training sessions for continuous technical development
- Monitor and help control client profitability through accurate TimeTracker entries
- Attend team and firm meetings
- Stay current with technical developments and resources, Oxford's Approved Manager Report, and investment and allocation strategies
- College degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3+ years of financial services operational experience required
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word with excellent computer skills in Excel
- Strong analytical skills; accurate attention to detail and the ability to interpret/analyze data
- Professional demeanor with the utmost respect for confidential matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and results-oriented
- Limited travel as business needs necessitate
- Long periods of sitting, utilizing a computer
- Working onsite daily
