Job Overview

Kitchen Magic, a family-owned enterprise established in 1979 and recognized as a leader in Kitchen Renovation, is on the lookout for a driven Sales Representative to enhance their expanding workforce. The role encompasses the Norwalk, CT vicinity, covering an approximate 100-mile radius.

This position operates on a traditional commission structure with unlimited earning potential and significant upside.

Qualified and confirmed appointments are supplied. An internal sales team is responsible for screening and arranging in-home meetings for the Sales Representative. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off. Typical appointment times are weekdays at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM, as well as Saturdays at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This role involves travel and working from a home office.

***In-home sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • Conduct in-home visits to showcase products and services.
  • Utilize an iPad and physical samples to create a virtual kitchen showroom for clients (all materials provided).
  • Secure kitchen design contracts with a one-visit close approach.

Requirements for the Sales Representative:

  • Minimum of 1 year of in-home sales experience (mandatory).
  • Availability to work evenings and Saturdays (one weekday off).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Personal vehicle required for travel to appointments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
